Create Your Own Passport Size Photo in 2 minutes using Photoshop

• Open the Photo to be edited by File -> Open

• Select Crop tool from the tool box and set the Width =1.5in , Height = 2in and Resolution = 200px/inch as shown below and crop the photo.

• By pressing Ctrl and + together, zoom in the photo.

• Now Go to Image->Adjustments->Brightness/Contrast and set the Brightness and Contrast as per your need. 

• Now Either select Rectangular Marquee Tool from the tool box and select the image by dragging it on the photo completely or simply press Ctrl+A to select the complete image.

• Then Go to Edit->Stroke and set the Width = 10px.

• Now Go to Edit->Define Pattern and press ok after giving a name as shown below.

• Go to File->New and Open a new page giving Width = 1200px, Height = 800px and click ok.

• Now go to Edit->Fill and select the photo you were working on from the pattern list shown.

• Now you can see your equally spaced 8 passport size photos of yours.
